Great cabin for easy access to Bear Valley skiing and other sledding areas. Perfect for families - foosball table and game room keeps kids from getting stir crazy. Well equipped kitchen for prepping cooking meals.

This was our second trip to the area and we’ve stayed here both times. Planning to do it again next year.

Great cabin in beautiful location. Couldn’t be happier with the welcome greeting and goodie’s they had set up for us. Good job to their customer care. Had a storm come in and received updates about the storm and conditions along with just checking on us. The kids wanted snow and got a lots of it.

Beautiful cabin, great location, perfect stay

Stayed here for two nights. Overall it was great. We had 4 adults and to kids, 12 and 9. Plenty of room for everyone.kids had a blast, plenty of snow on the ground to keep them busy. They only thing we had trouble with was the TV in the game room. Way to many remotes and wires everywhere. We would definitely stay again.

The place is the best! Better than the pictures, spacious, stocked with everything one can think of, and what an amazing view!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet location surrounded by nature. We enjoyed visiting the nearby attractions, as well as just enjoying the beauty of the home itself. The home was as described including a well stocked kitchen and fun games to play. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay at! super beautiful cabin with alll sorts of amenities

Lovely space for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Well designed layout - perfect for a vacation home. Fireplaces and sauna were great amenities. We found a few things amiss or missing, small housekeeping details, which we told the property manager about, who was responsive and said they would fix for the next guests. We’d loved to come back in the winter for some skiing and snowshoeing. Loved our time hiking in Big Trees on this trip.

Beautiful house in a quite forest.

Great, however...late season, and record breaking snow prevented me from accessing several locations. I was barely able to get to a frozen, lake alpine, and spencer meadows road is closed at hwy 4 intersection. So no kayaking! Cabin was beautiful, well stocked, and in a great location. I’ll try again soon!

My friends and I were blown away by how fantastic this cabin was! The rooms were true to their size in the images, which is not the case for many rental properties. Very spacious for our group. We felt extremely cared for with all of the amenities as well as the cleanliness of the space (including being impressed with the carpet!). Everyone mentioned that they will be recommending the property to others <3 A perfect location for us to enjoy Big Trees, the nearby river and attend the Frog Jumping Jubilee!

A beautiful place to be with your thoughts and relax!

This was our 3rd annual family friend vacation and let me tell you, third time was a charm when it came to the cabin! All the different spaces were great. We never felt crowded and enjoyed getting to eat dinner together at the table. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I've come across in vacation home rentals.
The kids loved playing outside in the snow and the parents loved that it was on a quiet street where they were safe. Communication was great and the house was incredibly clean. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We can't wait to come back!

I can’t imagine a better place to be snowed in at! My sister and I rented this place to treat my dad while he was visiting from Michigan. Her husband and daughter joined us as well. The house was absolutely 5 stars. The amenities were top notch. The kitchen was stocked with every dish and cooking utensils you need. Additionally the pantry was well stocked with basic items. Due to the snow storm we weren’t able to leave, so it was great having such a well functioning kitchen. The bedrooms are so comfortable and there is an abundance of nice towels available. We also really enjoyed the sauna at the end of the night after our playing in the snow. The house has many things to do. I even learned to play chess. The house has a great lay out and it was absolutely breathtaking looking out at the snow covered trees. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a great space for our family vacation and we will never forget this magical winter wonderland!

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. The living room was truly impressive; it was spacious, with panoramic windows, a cozy fireplace, and a variety of board games to keep us entertained. The kitchen was also exceptionally well-equipped; we found everything we needed to make delicious meals during our stay. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with plush mattresses and inviting beds. An added bonus was the sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Bear Valley and Calaveras State Park. The location was also ideal, as it was nestled in a picturesque area surrounded by a blanket of snow during our visit. We would love to return to this cabin in the future!
