Welcome to Bushwood! Nestled among the trees in the luxurious resort community of Blue Lake Springs, Bushwood is a charming chalet retreat in the heart of the Sierras. The living area boasts stunning pine ceilings. With a wood stove for ambience, and central heating for throughout, the cabin comfortably accommodates 8-9 guests.

Equipped with all the amenities for a home-away-from-home experience, Bushwood offers entertainment options like games and movies, high-speed internet, and a well stocked kitchen.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor as well as a separate sleeping area in the loft upstairs.

The living room has beautiful woodburning stove for heat as well as ambience. It is surrounded by a large Crate and Barrel sectional facing a 60" large screen TV. You'll find that the kitchen is well stocked and offers a large counter with 4 seats, with a dining table that is a large farm style table that seats 6. Upstairs, the loft has a full size pool table, air hockey and TV.

Outside, you'll enjoy the large deck for spending time outdoors, with a table outside with seating for 8. An outdoor couch and umbrellas as well as a propane barbecue and a charcoal barbecue make summertime entertainment a breeze!

Bushwood Resort is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
